The Black Stars have always made the headlines in World football and often for the right reasons.
On Wednesday, they showed a different side as they caught the world’s attention with their colourful kente-dominant outfits as they arrived in Ivory Coast for the 34th Africa Cup of Nations.

Ghana, who enplaned to Ivory Coast in their lovely kaftans added an extra layer of elegance with their colourful, locally woven kente cloth.

Ghana flew to Ivory Coast with Air Cote D’Ivoire on Wednesday morning and arrived at the Felix Houphouet-Boigny International Airport in Port-Bouet shortly after midday.

Despite initial fears about the fitness conditions of Inaki Williams and Mohammed Kudus, the pair joined the Black Stars camp and were part of the 27-man squad that arrived in Cote D’Ivoire on Wednesday.
Ghana have been drawn in Group B with Cape Verde, Egypt and Mozambique.
