Black Stars coach Chris Hughton has handed late call-ups to Medeama S.C defender Nurudeen Abdulai and Leicester City winger Abdul Fatahu Issahaku.
The pair have been invited as replacements for Rayo Vallecano center-back Abdul Mumin and Southampton winger KamalDeen Sulemana respectively.
Fatawu Issahaku arrived in camp on Monday
The two have already joined their mates at the Alisa Hotel in Accra where the team is camping for the World Cup qualifiers against Madagascar and Comoros.
Ghana will begin training at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi on Tuesday.
