Ampem Darkoa Ladies coach, Joe Nana Adarkwa
Speaking at Tuesday’s pre match presser, Ladies coach Nana Joe Adarkwa said: “Every semifinal is like a final. We know that we are going to have a very good game.”
“They know us and we know them…I trust my girls. We are going to work and definitely with the hard work and determination we can win the game.”
Qualification to the semis means Ampem Darkoa are only the second Ghanaian club in history to reach the last four of the competition, after Hasaacas Ladies.
Victory tonight will make them the second Ghanaian club to have reached the final of the competition after Hasaacas Ladies achieved the feat in 2021.
Nana Mma will receive a cash prize of $200,000 for reaching the last four of the competition.
The match will be played at the Laurent Pokou Stadium in San Pedro, at 8 PM tonight.
