Ghana has qualified for a seventh consecutive FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup following 7-1 aggregate win over Senegal.

The Black Princesses wrapped things up with a 5-1 win in the second leg of the final qualifying round to complete a 7-1 aggregate win over the Teranga Lionesses.

Beline Nyarko led the onslaught with a brace of goals while Maafia Nyame, Tracey Twum and Salamatu Abdulai contributed the other goals for Yusif Basigi’s side.

Sunday’s contest was rendered a mere formality by the Princesses 2-0 win over their Senegalese counterparts in last week’s first leg encounter.

The Princesses have now joined Morocco, Nigeria and Cameroon who are also set to represent Africa in the competition.
