Catherine Tate isn’t married, but she has been engaged to US screenwriter Jeff Gutheim since early 2019.
She has one child, Erin, who was born in January 2003 to her then-boyfriend Twig Clark, a stage manager.
Gutheim is a successful screenwriter, having worked on a number of popular TV shows, including “Friends”, “Will & Grace”, and “Desperate Housewives”. He also co-created the sitcom “Hot in Cleveland”.
Gutheim and Tate met in 2016 while working on a project together. They quickly fell in love and got engaged in early 2019. Tate has said that she is “very happy” with Gutheim and that he is “the best thing that’s ever happened to me”.
Gutheim is known for his sharp wit and sense of humour. He is also a very supportive partner to Tate.
He has accompanied her on tour and to red-carpet events. He has also helped her to raise her daughter, Erin.
In a recent interview, Tate said that she and Gutheim are planning to get married in the near future. However, she has not yet announced a date.
