At roughly 1:30 in the morning, well-known reggae musician Juan Manuel Ubaldo, better known by his stage name Kokoi Baldo, was struck and killed by a sugarcane-loaded truck on the Circumferential Road in Barangay Mandalagan, Bacolod City. December 8th, Friday.
