[ad_1]

A disgraced former Member of Parliament (MP) for Okaikoi North Fuseini Issah has disappeared from government communications after suffering a humiliating defeat.

This is after MP for Akuapem North, Nana Ama Dokua Asiamah -Adjei left her seat at the mountain to defeat the former Okaikwei North MP who placed a distant third.

The MP who frequented key current affairs discussion segments on Metro TV, TV3 and GhOne has since disappeared following his humiliating defeat.

It remains unknown when the former MP will end his “media strike” after his defeat.

Within the constituency, the former MP is reportedly the subject of mockery after he lost the seat to the NDC’s Theresa Awuni following his one-term win.

His comeback attempt ended in another crushing defeat as he failed to even emerge second to Dokua who was pushed out of her Akropong Constituency by Director General of National Lottery Authority (NLA) Sammi Awuku.

About 850 delegates voted in the Okaikwei North constituency out of which Fuseini polled less than 115 placing him a distant third behind Akoto Alberta Afia Asomaniwa who polled 228, and Nyarko Stephen Adipa who garnered 108 votes.

Other aspirants included Kenneth Kwabena Agyei Kuranchie who polled 27 and Prince Owusu Mensah who had six votes.
