An aspirant for the Parliamentary candidate position in Bolgatanga Central, Elvis Awonkai Figo has said that he is in a pole position to beat Isaac Adongo.
He says in the last seven years, Isaac Adongo has not been able to do anything meaningful for the constituency and there is a need for change.
Elvis Awonkai Figo who spoke to TV3 said “For the past seven years Isaac Adongo has not done anything meaningful for the constituency. He has poor human relations and that is what I will capitalize on to beat him”.
He said he is the man for the Bolgatanga seat.
“I have visited delegates in their homes, we are working. I am not surprised about the chants that I am the next PC, the next MP, it is hard work. Isaac Adongo knows what he stands to lose if I become the parliamentary candidate for the NPP,” he said.
