Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp was not impressed with the atmosphere at Anfield during his sides League Cup win over West Ham United.

Liverpool ran out 5-1 winners over West Ham United to secure a place in the semi-final of the Carabao Cup.

Speaking after the match, the German trainer said things would have to improve for Liverpool’s next home match against Arsenal.

“We need Anfield on Saturday. Arsenal will be prepared.”

“They can’t just wait for me to get into an argument with the opposition coach. We need Anfield on their toes from the first second.”

Klopp warned that only fans who were in the right condition to cheer the team to victory should show up.

“If it’s too much football in December, if you are not in right shape, give your ticket to somebody else.”

Liverpool and Arsenal are only separated by a point ahead of Saturday’s top of the table clash in the Premier League.
