The former president of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama, says that as long as he continues to remain in leadership, he will make sure he works hard to make Ghana a better place.
He says he will leave the country better than he came to meet it.
The flagbearer of the NDC made this known when he was addressing some Ghanaian youth.
“I assure you that so long as some of us remain in politics and in leadership, we will give our all, we will work hard, and we will do our best to make sure we leave this country a better place than we met it.
I have children like you, and I must do my best so that my children can have a future. I can assure you that we will do our best, as long as we remain in politics, to make this country worth living in.
So don’t give up. We haven’t given up, and you shouldn’t give up because the future belongs to you. Please don’t give up, work hard and continue to look for opportunities,” he said.
