Italian football giants have officially announced a partnership with former Ghana international Kwadwo Asamoah to set up a ”Juventus Ghana Academy”.
The official opening of the Juventus Football Academy Ghana took place at the SMAC Sports Center, Accra on Friday, October 27, 2023.
The venture is an extension of the Serie A club’s policy to invest in top football talents in Africa. The club has previously set up academies in Tunisia, Tanzania, Morocco, Nigeria, and South Africa.
Their investments in Africa are just six of over fifty football academies, across the globe. The academy will identify talents with the right profiles and before recruiting and exposing them to unique, modern training regimes tutored by Juventus-indoctrinated instructors.
Kwadwo Asamoah has already constructed a state of the art training facility in Accra for the purpose of the project.
