Ashanti Regional Chairman for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Augustus Andrews Nana Akwasi believes people in the Ashanti Region are beginning to accept the NDC.
He says analysis from the recent Assembly elections is evidence of the fact that the NDC is making major inroads in the Ashanti Region.
Augustus Andrews Nana Akwasi who spoke in an interview with Kumasi-based Akoma FM said“in the Ashanti region alone NDC affiliate assembly members secured 366 electoral areas an indication that the majority of the people in the Ashanti region are beginning to accept the NDC”.
He indicated that by 2024, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s mismanagement of the Ghanaian economy will sway several New Patriotic Party members to the NDC which is ready to build the Ghana people want.
