US-based Ghanaian-American Vlogger Kevin Taylor has dragged Deputy Finance Minister Abena Osei Asare into the gutters over her looks.
The vlogger was unhappy about effort by the Deputy Minister to cover up the age of the Commissioner General of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), Rev. Dr Ammishaddai Owusu-Amoah when he was asked when did he attain the age of 60.
“Your neck holes like Beposo road. Only 45 years but you look older than the GRA Commissioner. With Your mouth Kati Kati sitting there” Kevin Taylor fumed.
“She is looking old than older women. This is the MP who went to bring some kids toy for chiefs to sit in and these people went to vote for this woman again, because she is Akyem” he added.
The GRA boss, who attained the age of retirement two years ago, has been on contract at the behest of the Finance Ministry appeared before the public Accounts Committee.
The Deputy Minister said questions about the age of the GRA Boss was not a public interest question.
Reacting to this, Kevin Taylor attacked the Deputy Minister for her conduct.
The GRA boss was appearing before the committee to answer some infractions.
She jumped to his defence, but the chairman of the committee, James Klutse Avedzi, insisted that the Commissioner General answered the question.
The chairman said Rev. Dr Owusu-Amoah was a public servant and therefore there was nothing wrong with the question.
But the deputy finance minister, said the question was personal and should not be allowed to fly.
