Former Member of Parliament (MP) for Suhum Constituency in the Eastern Region, Frederick Opare-Ansah, has observed that Kennedy Agyapong’s threats of exposing the government will not work and gag people from exercising their democratic rights .
He says over the years, the stock in trade the New Patriotic Party(NPP) flagbearer aspiirant has been threatening people by exposing them so that he can satisfy his parochial needs as an individual.
“Kennedy feels that there are no men in the NPP. We fought for the NPP, and you’re enjoying contracts everywhere. That has been his stock in trade over the years. I was somewhere, and he sent a message that if I didn’t stop saying what I was saying, he would expose the government.
Expose the government; I don’t care. You have benefited from the government. I am not a part of the government. Over the years, that has been his stock in trade. He tried the same thing with the Chief Executive of the National Identification Authority, but he stood his ground, and he could not do anything to him,” he said.
