UEFA has announced the postponement of Israel’s Euro 2024 qualifier against Kosovo in Pristina.
A source at UEFA disclosed that the decision was influenced by Israeli authorities refusal to allow the national team to travel abroad due to the conflict with Hamas.
The European football governing body will now settle on a new date for the match, which was originally scheduled for Sunday.
The Group I match is not the only match to be postponed by UEFA who have already postponed Israel’s qualifier against Switzerland to November 15 after attacks by Hamas militants.
The match was scheduled to be played in Tel Aviv on Thursday.
