Ghana will face Tanzania, Uganda, and Ethiopia in group A of the women’s draw for the 13th African Games, Accra 2023.

This follows Thursday’s draw in Abidjan.

The Black Princesses will begin their campaign against Tanzania, before facing Uganda and later Ethiopia in the other group A games.

The women’s football competition begins on Friday, March 8 to Saturday, March 23, 2024, in Ghana.

“We have a good blend of experienced and young players, and we are looking forward to the challenge,” Princesses coach Yusif Basigi said after the draw.

African Games starts on Friday, March 8 and ends on Saturday, March 23.
