Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has sent an emotional message to fans of the club after announcing his decision to step down at the end of the season.
On Friday morning, Klopp announced his decision to step down from his role at the end of the 2023/24 season.
Since joining the Reds in October 2015, Klopp has guided them to the Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup, EFL Cup and a Club World Cup titles.
In an emotional message recorded ahead of the announcement, Klopp explained his decision to the fans.

A club statement said Klopp will leave with his assistants Pepijn Lijnders and Peter Krawietz.
Elite development coach Vitor Matos, will also leave at the end of the season.
Reports suggest Pep Lijnders will pursue a personal career in management instead of continuing as Klopp’s assistant.
