Nana Kwame Bediako, known popularly as Cheddar, says his interview with the state broadcaster, Ghana Television, was cancelled due to an order from above.
Cheddar, who is the leader of the New Force, was scheduled for an interview on Ghana Television’s morning show on January 16, 2024.
He was expected to address their audience on the plans he has for the people of Ghana and why he should be chosen to lead the country.
But the interview was cancelled at the last minute, with claims that there was an order from above.
Announcing the cancellation, Cheddar indicated that it reminded him of how the convention was cancelled.
His tweet on X read, “We are sorry to announce that my interview with @GTV_Ghana has been cancelled at the last minute by “orders from above”. This has brought back memories of The Convention. #TheNewForce The Voice of the people”.
