Following an early exit of the Senior National Team, the Black Stars from the African Cup of Nations, many Ghanaians have expressed their disappointment.
Sharing his opinion after the exit, Lyrical Joe said you can’t support the Black Stars wholeheartedly knowing the heartbreaks that come with it.
He said “As for Black Stars you can’t use your heart to put for demma top otherwise they go take you enter disappointment. It wasn’t because of the Black Stars game that’s why I looked so cheerful performing my song with excitement but at least we entered the net with two goals.
I don’t watch football that much but I watch football when necessary and when it’s time to support our own I do as well knowing the broken heart behind it”
He stated on Cape Coast-based Property FM “When it comes to the Black Stars and football in general I don’t put my heart into it like that because of disappointment”.
