Wontumi Multimedia, owners of Wontumi Radio and Movement Television have rendered an unqualified apology to the Kumasi Traditional Council (KTC) and Nananom for unruly behavior put up by their presenter Lawyer Maurice Ampaw.
Maurice Ampaw has been summoned by the Kumasi Traditional Council for some comments he made about Chiefs in the Ashanti Region.
He is expected to meet the Chiefs on Monday, January 29, 2024, for denigrating Chiefs in the Ashanti Region on National television.
But before his appearance, the owners of Wontumi Multimedia have rendered an unqualified apology to the Kumasi Traditional Council.
The station to prove its commitment to bringing finality to the issue has decided to take the program hosted by Lawyer Maurice Ampaw from the station until all outstanding issues are dealt with.
